Velanorae respects your privacy and provides this page to explain how eligible consumers may request that their personal information not be sold or shared where this right applies.
Under certain privacy laws, the terms “sell” and “share” may include some disclosures of personal information that do not involve a direct monetary payment.
1. Your Right to Opt Out
You may request that Velanorae stop selling or sharing your personal information where applicable law provides that right.
Submitting an opt-out request does not prevent Velanorae from using personal information when reasonably necessary to:
- Process and deliver an order.
- Provide requested customer support.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Prevent fraud and protect website security.
- Maintain essential website functions.
- Meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
- Work with service providers acting on Velanorae’s behalf under applicable restrictions.
2. Submit an Opt-Out Request

The control must allow you to submit your request directly without requiring you to search through another policy.

Include:
- Your full name.
- The email address associated with your account or order, where applicable.
- A statement that you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Any limited information reasonably necessary to locate the information associated with your request.
Do not include passwords, full payment-card numbers, card security codes, or banking credentials.
3. Global Privacy Control
Where required by applicable law, Velanorae recognizes qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device.
When the browser or device can be associated with a recognized customer account, the request may also be applied to the associated account where required.
Clearing cookies, changing browsers, or using another device may require the privacy preference to be applied again when Velanorae cannot associate the new browser or device with the previous request.
4. Information Required
You are not required to create a Velanorae account solely to submit an opt-out request.
Velanorae will request only the information reasonably necessary to identify the personal information covered by the request and apply the privacy preference.
An opt-out request does not generally require the same identity-verification process that may apply to a request to access, correct, or delete specific personal information.
5. Processing Time
Velanorae will process an eligible opt-out request as soon as reasonably feasible and within the period required by applicable law.
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, eligible requests will be processed no later than 15 business days after receipt, although a request will be completed sooner when reasonably feasible.
A confirmation or privacy-choice status will be provided where required and technically applicable.
6. Authorized Agents
An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request on your behalf.
Velanorae may request reasonable evidence showing that the agent has permission to act for you. Information submitted for this purpose will be used only to review and process the privacy request, except where retention is required by law.
7. No Discrimination
Velanorae will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercised an applicable privacy right.
Exercising an opt-out right will not result in unlawful denial of products or services, different pricing, or reduced service quality.
Some website functions that depend on optional advertising or personalization technologies may operate differently after a privacy preference is applied.
8. Other Privacy Requests
A request to opt out of sale or sharing is different from a request to:
- Access personal information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information.
- Obtain information about privacy practices.
- Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.
